Depending on what service you’ve selected, they range from 1 hour to 90 minutes.

We do not recommend anymore than two sessions per week.

Whether incorporating Ketamine medicine or not, we begin by creating a safe and soothing space, lying down or seated, eyes gently covered, calm music playing and breath work guiding you inward. From there we will access your subconscious mind through hypnotherapy and neuro-linguistic techniques, helping to rewire the mind while showering you with deep nurturing, compassion and care.  

Yes, we understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to change your consultation schedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
